How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you

will receive a confirmation email

that includes the tracking number.

If you click on the tracking number,

it will take you to the carrier's site

where you can view the status of

the order. Sometimes these emails

end up in a junk folder. If this

cannot be located, please use our

"contact us" form and let us know

you are missing the tracking

information and we will  send it

over.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please

send us a message through our contact

us page. If the item has not shipped we

can cancel your order. If it has shipped

we can provide return instructions once

the order has been received.

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was canceled, there are

a few possible reasons. If you have

any questions, please contact our

customer support.

 

-Your order was flagged for fraudulent

activity. This could be due to credit

card information not matching the 

address on file. Please validate

all information before ordering 

again.

 

-The item you ordered is no 

longer in stock. When high

volume of orders occur, our

system may not update fast

enough, resulting in the order

being canceled. 

How do I find my correct part?

Please use our contact us page and provide

your unit’s full model number along with the

item you are looking for. We will then be able

to let you know what part you need.

Do you offer promotions or discounts?

Yes! You can find our latest promotions on

our promotion's page. We also send out

exclusive offers and discounts to our

e-mail subscribers. 

How do I return an item?

know if you need to return an item so

we can help you with this as quickly as

possible.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders received by 2 PM eastern time will

ship the same day or the next business

day unless otherwise noted.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for all

parcel shipments depending on the size

and weight of the product. If you would

like a specific carrier to ship your order,

please send us a message prior to ordering. 

How much do you charge for shipping?

We provide free shipping for all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders should arrive to your verified address

within 1 - 7 business days based on location.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship orders within

the continental United States.
