Refund/Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
If you order the wrong item or if we make a mistake, we will take care of you! Returns of new items in sellable condition are accepted within 30 days of your order date for a full refund. Simply contact us to request a Return Authorization.
Not sure which part you need? We’re happy to help before you order! We offer parts lookup assistance and can help confirm fitment for your equipment to reduce the chance of ordering the wrong part. Contact us with your equipment model number or OEM part number, and we’ll help you find the right fit.
If you purchase an item by mistake or order the wrong part, we ask that you cover the return shipping cost. Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the full purchase price along with the original delivery cost.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Go to our "Contact US" page.
- List your order number and what items you would like to return.
- Let us know the reason for your return.
- If applicable, you will receive an online shipping label. Print and follow the instructions for the return.
Please note, in some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from their refund in accordance with our return policy.
