We also offer FREE shipping on all orders within the continental United States, making it easier and more affordable to get the parts you need.

For orders requiring freight (LTL) delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Customers are responsible for coordinating their delivery appointment directly with the carrier.

We accept eligible returns of new, unused items within 30 days of the order date. Simply e-mail us at service@otwassist.com to request a Return Authorization before sending an item back.
