Life Span - Protos outer shell should be replaced every 5 years. For hygiene and proper maintenance, washing is recommended of the main support pads regularly and replacing them every 2-3 years when used daily.

The Pfanner “Protos Integral System” can be changed within seconds to be used for construction, forestry, arborist work, or climbing operations. The chin strap, visor, neck protection shell, and ear protection are all integrated and yet at the same time modular items. If you order the wrong item or if we make a mistake, we will take care of you! Returns of new, sellable condition items within 30 days of your order placed will be taken care of with a full refund. Just contact us and request a Return Authorization. If you bought an item by mistake, we ask that you take care of the return freight cost, we will refund the full purchase price along with the original delivery cost.
